I had to pick it up for the crossover with Daredevil and as an extra $4 on my pull, I wouldn't really say it was worth it. The issue felt short and for a Spider-man book I didn't really feel there was a lot of good Spider-Man moments. It was just a lot of action which I wasn't really feeling. I like the overall story about the Omega Drive but I wish I didn't feel I had to pick this up. Hopefully Punisher handles it better next week, but I'm ready to move back to just Daredevil.

This certainly didn't have the same magic as #1 did but they still have me on board. Again, I'd love to wait for nice hardcover deluxe editions but that first issue really had me and I don't think I can wait that long. I felt some of Staples's art seemed quick and I was not feeling the painted backgrounds since they seemed to juxtaposed with the figures. I don't think the double-sized #1 helped the standard-sized #2 but I felt like very little happened, especially when you consider both issues cliffhangers.
