Another Doctor

After a request to do the 8th Doctor, I set out to do what I could. Although, I've never seen him in action and his Google search references run thin so I didn't really know what to do with him. Anyways, I tried a different approach to the pen but it just started to come out bad. Oh well.

Also, for my 10 minutes a day I did the Penguin, so enjoy. I think it came out rather well.
